Maple Whiskey Sour

A whiskey sour with structure — maple softens the edges while Redemption Rye adds the character to keep things interesting.

2 parts Redemption Rye

¾ part lemon juice

¾ part maple syrup

Optional: egg white or aquafaba for vegan-friendly

Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin without ice.
Dry shake for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice to the tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and dilute.
Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with 3-4 drops of Angostura bitters.
