Redemption Bourbon’s warmth meets lemon and blackberry for a bright, brambly twist on a whiskey sour.

2 parts Redemption Bourbon

½ parts simple syrup

¾ parts lemon juice

½ parts Blackberry Liqueur (as a float)

Fresh blackberries

Muddle blackberries in an empty rocks glass.
In a shaker with crushed ice, lightly shake Redemption Bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup.
Pour all into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a float of blackberry liqueur, blackberries and mint.
