Mint Julep

A crisp, cooling Mint Julep where our Redemption Bourbon brings structure and southern flair.

2 parts Redemption Bourbon

1/2 parts simple syrup

8 - 10 mint leaves

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine and gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a julep cup or rocks glass.
Pour in Redemption Bourbon, fill glass 3/4 full with ice and stir to combine.
Add more ice to create a dome, garnish with bitters and large mint sprig.
