A luxurious old fashioned style cocktail with fig and a touch of smoky scotch. Redemption High Rye Bourbon balances out the richness with a Rye Forward spice.

Ingredients

1 ½ parts Redemption High Rye Bourbon Whiskey
½ part blended scotch
¼ part fig demerara syrup (Liber & Co.)
2 dashes Burlesque bitters

Directions

Stir ingredients with ice
Strain into rocks glass over large cube
Garnish with cocktail cherries
