Holiday Highball

This seasonal take on a whiskey ginger uses Redemption Bourbon, cinnamon, and corn liqueur to make an effervescent cocktail reminiscent of gingerbread.


  • 2 parts Redemption Bourbon
  • 1/4 part cinnamon syrup
  • 1/4 part Nixta Elote Liqueur
  • Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
  • Cinnamon stick or citrus peel for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients in a collins glass, except ginger ale and garnish
  2. Fill with ice and top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
  3. Garnish with citrus peel or cinnamon stick
