Name: Winter Spice Sour
Ingredients: 1 1/2 parts Redemption High Rye Bourbon; 3/4 part lemon juice; 1/2 part Apricot Liqueur; 1/4 part Allspice Dram; Spoonful 2:1 honey syrup; 2 dashes black walnut bitters; Dehydrated orange slice

The combination of citrus, nutty, and fall flavors give this cocktail the perfect holiday feel.

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts Redemption High Rye Bourbon
3/4 part lemon juice
1/2 part Apricot Liqueur
1/4 part Allspice Dram
Spoonful 2:1 honey syrup
2 dashes black walnut bitters
Dehydrated orange slice

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice, except the garnish
Double strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with dehydrated orange slice
