Marooned at Sea
Fig syrup brings out the baking spices in the Redemption Rye Whiskey. Paired with the mild acidity from the orange juice mixed with the grapefruit of the Campari, this combination makes for a delicious, seasonal winter cocktail.
1 ½ parts Redemption Rye
½ part fig syrup
1 part fresh orange juice
½ part Campari
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Candied fig or Luxardo cherry for garnish (optional)
Shake all ingredients with ice, except the garnish
