Turkish Duet

The cardamom and rose water make this a very bright and flowery cocktail. With 36% rye in the mash bill, the addition of Redemption High Rye Bourbon adds a spice note that balances out the sweetness of the amaro and orgeat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Redemption High Rye Bourbon
  • ½ part Montenegro Amaro
  • ¼ part orgeat syrup
  • 1 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash cardamom bitters
  • 2 dashes rose water
  • Mini rose bud for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice
  2. Fine strain into a coupe glass
  3. Garnish with a mini rose bud
